The two houses mirror each other, with a key design element being the impressive elliptically shaped lap pools. Together, their layout reflects the traditional form of heritage shophouses, which feature internal courtyards and air wells for ventilation and natural light. This unique design feature lends the project its name, “The Courtyards.”
Another highlight of the development is the Schindler glass lift situated within a shaft clad in Parklex laminate panels. The modern design beautifully complements the building’s black-and-white façade, requiring low maintenance.
The interior furnishings and fittings are the same in both 12A and 12L Broadrick Road, with the developer sparing no expense to ensure that the interior design—just like the majestic exterior—is exemplary.
