Knight Frank has announced the appointment of Vivian Liao as its head of global portfolio solutions for Asia Pacific (Apac). In her new role, she will spearhead Knight Frank’s global portfolio solutions service throughout the region, focusing on providing value-driven solutions that enhance portfolio performance and assist corporate clients in achieving their long-term real estate objectives, according to a press release by the firm.

Tim Armstrong, Knight Frank’s global head of occupier strategy and solutions, states, “Vivian’s arrival is a reflection of Knight Frank’s commitment to building a strong team and delivering comprehensive solutions for clients with complex real estate needs in the Apac region.”

Liao has joined Knight Frank from CBRE, where she previously served as the director of transaction management and account lead for Apac and Europe, Middle East, and Africa. She had joined CBRE in late 2022, following over 12 years with JLL.

In her new role, Liao will bring her extensive experience in transaction management and client account leadership to Knight Frank, along with her in-depth knowledge of the Apac real estate market. With her proven track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions for clients’ complex real estate requirements, she will steer the firm’s global portfolio solutions service in Apac to greater heights.
