CDL and MFA Launch Preview for Zyon Grand Luxury Residence

Kim Seng Road will soon welcome a new addition to its landscape as City Developments (CDL) and Mitsui Fudosan Asia (MFA) will be unveiling Zyon Grand – a luxurious residence comprising of 706 units. The preview for this development is set to begin on Wednesday, October 8, with the sales launch scheduled for October 25.

Located on a 165,450 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site in the prestigious District 9, Zyon Grand is part of an integrated development that also houses a retail component, Zyon Galleria, and long-stay serviced apartments. This mixed-use project is the first to offer units under URA’s Serviced Apartment II (SA2) category, which requires a minimum rental stay of 3 months.

Zyon Grand consists of two magnificent 62-storey high towers, while the serviced apartments will be housed in a separate 36-storey building. With direct access to Havelock MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, this integrated development also features restaurants, a supermarket, and an early childhood development center.

Located near the River Valley enclave, the development is only a few minutes’ drive away from the Orchard Road shopping belt and at the fringe of the CBD.

In a statement, CDL’s Group CEO Sherman Kwek says that Zyon Grand “will anchor and transform the River Valley Precinct”. “Rising 62 storeys high, the majestic twin towers will be the crown jewel of this new integrated development,” he adds.

Daijiro Eguchi, MFA’s Managing Director, also comments on the development, stating, “Given its prime location with direct MRT access, Zyon Grand will stand as an iconic mixed-use development offering seamless connectivity, vibrant lifestyle options, and a strong contribution to Singapore’s skyline.”
