Hilton And Ytl Hotels Sign Multiple Property Agreements Strengthening Their Partnership Asia Pacific
Rewritten: YTL Corp Bhd, the parent company of YTL Hotels, has signed multiple property agreements with Hilton to bring their prestigious LXR Hotels & Resorts brand to Thailand and Tapestry Collection by Hilton to Japan.
Under the LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, two properties, Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village, will be added. The Green Leaf Niseko Village will join the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and Hinode Hills Niseko Village will be part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.
All three Japanese properties are undergoing conversions from existing hospitality assets and are expected to open by the end of the year. The Kasara Niseko Village will be converted from the eight-villa Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse, while The Green Leaf Niseko Village will be converted from the existing 200-room hotel of the same name.
Situated at the base of Mount Annupuri, within Niseko Village Ski Resort, all three Japanese properties provide guests with easy access to Niseko’s renowned powder-soft ski slopes.
The upcoming Rawai Phuket, with 275 rooms, will be located at the southernmost tip of the island, offering a private beachfront and access to nearby islands. The addition of this upscale hotel will enhance Hilton’s already strong presence in Thailand, attracting luxury travelers to Phuket.
