In just 2.5 hours after sales commenced at 5pm today (Aug 21), Apex Asia Management Group saw impressive sales figures for its freehold mixed-use development, Artisan 8. Of the 34 apartments available, 11 were quickly snapped up (equivalent to 32.4%), while 5 out of 8 ground-floor shop units (62.5%) were also sold.
