The top developers of the year were announced, with City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, and UOL Group taking home the prestigious award.

In addition, the sustainable developers of the year were also crowned, with City Developments Limited and JTC Corporation being recognized for their commitment to environmentally responsible and future-ready projects. This reflects the government’s active role in shaping spaces that serve both business and community.
