The Watergardens at Canberra has once again proven its excellence in design and development by winning two awards at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards (EPEA) 2025. The awards were given under the completed projects category, adding to the three awards the development had already received in the EPEA 2022 when it was still under construction. Yeong Sien Seu, the Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer of UOL Group, and Lee Zhi Xiang, the Senior Project Manager of Singapore Land Group, received the Top Development award from Pang Kai Xin, the Vice President of Corporate of EdgeProp Singapore. The Design Excellence award was received by Chan Jer Wei, the Deputy General Manager of UOL Group, from Lim Koon Park, the Founder and Principal Architect of Park + Associates, who was also one of the EPEA judges this year.

The Watergardens at Canberra features sixteen five-storey blocks with two- to four-bedroom units ranging from 646 sq ft to 1,528 sq ft. The development was fully sold within two years of its launch in 2021, with an average price of $1,446 psf. Located in District 27, between Sembawang and Yishun, The Watergardens is in the relatively new Canberra estate.
